Anderson Beakley Law Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Anderson & Beakley Law (“Anderson & Beakley Law,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (these “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy https://www.andersonbeakleylaw.com/privacy-policy and our general terms of use agreement https://www.andersonbeakleylaw.com/terms-of-service. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general terms of use agreement.

1. Program Description

We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to existing or ongoing transactions, including order notifications, updates, and appointment reminders. Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer or automatic telephone dialing system, with a maximum of 3 messages per day.

You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding these topics and that such messages/calls may be made from different numbers or short codes, except for marketing purposes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but message and data rates may apply as per your mobile provider.

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt-in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us, even if your number is on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree to provide a valid number that you own or are authorized to use and to promptly notify us at [email protected] if this changes. Participation does not require a purchase and is voluntary.

3. User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt out at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us. Opt-out requests may take time to process, and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. To rejoin, simply sign up as before. For support, reply HELP to any message.

Our messaging platform may not recognize modified opt-out commands. We may change the number or short code used and notify you if this occurs, though we won’t be liable for messages sent to obsolete numbers or codes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. Neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages.

5. Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time. We may also modify these Terms, which take effect upon posting on our website. Reviewing these Terms periodically ensures awareness of any modifications, and your continued participation will confirm your acceptance.
